Bookings
All bookings are made directly with Carole by phone or via the contact form on this website. A booking is only confirmed once Carole has confirmed availability and accepted your enquiry.
Arrivals and departures
Please contact us for our current check-in and check-out times. We ask all guests to respect these times to allow us to prepare the site for incoming guests.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Our cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Dogs and pets
Responsible dog owners are very welcome on touring pitches. We ask that dogs are exercised off-site and kept on a lead at all times on site so as not to disturb other guests. Dogs are not permitted in the café or any glamping accommodation.
Site rules
- Please respect the quiet enjoyment of all guests — keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10pm.
- All waste must be disposed of in the bins provided or taken off-site.
- Chemical toilet waste must only be disposed of at the designated chemical disposal point.
- Please do not damage any plants, hedges or trees on the site.
- Vehicles must not be driven on grass pitches except when pitching or leaving.
Winter touring
Hardstanding pitches are available all year round. Grass pitches and tent camping are not available during winter months. Caravans and motorhomes without awnings are welcome on hardstanding areas throughout the year.
